FIFA Rankings Update
For the first time in just under a year the FIFA Rankings update brought an improvement for Finland without the Huuhkajat having kicked a ball. The reason: African side, Rwanda, have dropped 13 places, also without kicking a ball, due to the way the Rankings are calculated. Two friendly wins over Gabon in July 2014 had been contributing to a lofty position for the Wasps, but their lack of activity this summer has seen them slip to 90th, with Finland bumping up one place to 89th.
